Uni Contracting  is one of the companies working in the field of contracting in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It specializes in the fields of integrated construction works, industrial facilities and infrastructure. The company was established in 2019 in the Arab Republic of Egypt in accordance with Law 159 of 1981. The company is considered an extension and expansion of the Black Horse Company established in 2006. The company always strives to develop and use the latest construction methods and technology, which made it, despite the short period of time, to become a prestige among the contracting companies in the Republic Arab Egypt, and our first steps outside Egypt, specifically towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where in 2015 we made a partnership with the Rubua Construction Contracting Est. Foreign companies, to be among the first foreign companies to be launched after modern investment decisions, and to establish Uni Contracting Contracting Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2022, and to conclude partnerships with Kayan Technical Engineering Consulting Office, Alfa Engineering Consulting Office, and the Engineering Supplies and Contracting Company (ESC), which operates in the field of Electromechanical and these alliances resulted in Uni Contracting Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia, which we are working hard to be the largest construction company in the Middle East in line with Vision 2030.
